Keys Innovative Solutions is South Carolina’s oldest commercial sheet-fed printer. With a rich history dating to 1869, Keys has been at the forefront of the latest technology in printing. In January 2014, Keys capabilities were enhanced when it was acquired by RRD, a Fortune 500 company, and a world leader in developing and executing multichannel communication strategies.

We are G7 certified for color management technology, which enables us to produce proofs or printed output that reliably render brand images across print locations and different printing platforms. From secure handling of PHI, direct marketing or analyzing internal workflows, we offer a wide spectrum of custom programming experiences. 

Our development team can work directly with IS and IT resources to develop integrated data-to-print solutions that support our customers’ business objectives. We also have high-die, laminating, and coil binding capabilities for the perfect finish to a project.

    Keys prescribes to the necessary controls and provides a framework to support data protection and security compliance.

    Gracol-7 certified for color management. Our systems are certified by Rochester Institute of Technology to meet or exceed established industry tolerances and are capable of calibrating a printing device to meet the G7 grayscale definition.

Facility Services

Keys Innovative Solutions is an RRD designated Digital Center of Excellence and is located in upstate South Carolina and in close proximity to Atlanta and Charlotte.

Our Greenville, SC facility specializes in HIPAA-related digital printing, programming, and kitting. We are G-7 certified for color management technology. We offer Teslin ID Card production, intelligent automated inserting and mailing, variable color printing, perfect binding, saddle stitch binding, laminating, kitting and fulfillment. Our onsite programmers can work directly with IS and IT resources to develop integrated, data-driven print solutions that support any business objective.        

Digital Printing

Our secure digital print facility specializes in digital printing including variable data, mailing, custom programming, and web-based tools designed to fit your needs. Keys can even provide custom PURLs suited to capture unlimited amounts of important customer data for your marketing campaigns. From our fleet of digital cut sheet and roll-fed printers to a newly introduced inkjet web, color fidelity and high resolution printing is not just for offset printing anymore.

HIPAA Compliant Healthcare Printing

Keys has been designated as a SOC2/HiTrust+CMS facility and is a state of the art and secure digital printing, mailing and warehousing facility. We understand how important confidential data and PHI is to you and your members. We allow only key card restricted access to data processing areas and our entire staff has certified HIPAA training annually. Whether your data contains PHI or any other confidential information, you can be assured that Keys will deliver on time and correctly.
